Could you share the way you got there? That way it could be retraced and examined.
In general, and I'm only guessing, your build step includes using PostCSS and there is no .postcssrc.js file included anywhere. First thing I'd suggest is including a simple .postcssrc.js file and see whether it makes the compilation go any further.
