There is an issue with the z-order of fixed-top vs. sidenav-backdrop. This issue is present even on your own mdbootstrap.com home page. The issue is that the fixed-top has a higher z-order index than the sidenav-backdrop. It makes it possible to click on stuff in the fixed-top stuff even when the sidenav-backdrop is present. Clicking outside of the sidenav is supposed to dismiss the sidenav, but since the fixed-top stuff is higher in z-order, the clicks do not reach the sidenav-backdrop for the top of the screen.

Please fix this - it is causing issues with our users on mobile devices for our application.
