Topic: VS2019 Web Compiler fails to compile mdb.pro.scss

henreman free asked 3 years ago

I'm trying to compile mdb.pro.scss using Web Compiler in VS2019 to produce compiled CSS but failing.

Any ideas what am I doing wrong? (Or what is the alternative way to compile it for use in ASP.NET MVC project)

Expected behavior Produces compiled css

Actual behavior Web Compiler fails to compile mdb.pro.scss with:

Invalid CSS after "... $alpha: 0.2,": expected expression (e.g. 1px, bold), was ")"

Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.) n/a

Hello,

we haven't been testing VS2019 compiler. I suggest you use our webpack starter
