Topic: Trying to add fieldset with legend and border

Expected behavior

I'm trying to duplicate something like in the following link. Using the fieldset and legend tags.

I've tried uploading an image but was unable to.

Actual behavior

I can't get the legend to appear over the border. Is there some style or other way to do this?
