Expected behavior

Tooltip appears around the text. ('a' tag)

Actual behavior

Tooltip doesn't appear until I scroll the link to the near top. I see there is a ticket for something like this, I am unsure if this is part of the same issue. Currently on Version MDB5-Standard-UI-KIT-Pro-Essential-3.3.0.

Other UI elements work fine, such as drop downs, nav items, hover animation events, etc.

From some research, I found that adding this line of code may help, however, it doesn't make a difference:

$(function () {
        $('[data-mdb-toggle="tooltip"]').tooltip()
 })

Not sure if that does anything, didn't seem to.

On hover, the variable "Aria-describeby" pops up. And the following DIV is created: I've also tried with and without the "container: body" line. Doesn't make a difference.

-No errors in the console.
