1robin priority asked 1 year ago
Expected behavior
Be able to croll up and down with ease and in fluid way using thumb on mobile phone.
Actual behavior
Impossible to scroll down over table editor. You must scroll a little up and then you can scroll down. It results a situation where you are stuck over the table editor and can't go further down...

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this issue. Could you prepare a snippet in which the issue will occur and describe step by step what to do to reproduce it?"

Hello,
I understand that you are experiencing a scrolling issue with a table editor, where you are unable to scroll down smoothly. This kind of behavior can be frustrating, but it's likely caused by a technical glitch or an issue with the implementation of the table editor. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:
Refresh the Page: Sometimes, a temporary glitch can cause scrolling issues. Try refreshing the page to see if the problem persists.
Check for Browser Updates: Ensure that your web browser is up to date. Outdated browsers can sometimes have compatibility issues with certain website components.
Disable Browser Extensions: Browser extensions or add-ons can sometimes interfere with the normal behavior of web pages. Try disabling any extensions one by one to see if any of them are causing the scrolling problem.
Test in Different Browsers: Try accessing the table editor in different web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge) to see if the scrolling issue is browser-specific. This can help determine if the problem is related to a particular browser.
Test on Different Devices: If possible, try accessing the table editor on different devices (e.g., desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) to check if the scrolling issue is device-specific.
Inspect Console for Errors: Open the browser's developer tools (usually accessed by pressing F12 or right-clicking and selecting "Inspect") and check the console for any error messages that could provide clues about the scrolling issue.
Contact Website Support: If the issue persists and you are sure it's not related to your browser or device, reach out to the website's support team. They might be aware of the issue and can provide assistance or a workaround.
Use an Alternative Table Editor: If the scrolling problem is specific to the current table editor, consider using an alternative table editor or a different method to edit the table content.
