Topic: Select options container transition-origin based on position
Expected behavior
The animation of an opening / closing Select should have the element as transition-origin. This has to be updated if the options are moved to the top or the bottom of the element on resize / scroll.
Actual behavior
The animation of an opening / closing Select is from the center of the options container which doesn't look natural.
