Expected behavior
When using PopConfirm with Rails and Stimulus, the confirmation dialog should appear when the button is pressed, and it should disappear completely when the cancel button is pressed. Additionally, the PopConfirm should work every time the button is pressed.

Actual behavior
The confirmation dialog appears when the button is pressed, but when the cancel button is pressed, a faint remnant of the dialog remains on the screen. Furthermore, after pressing the button once, pressing the same button again does not trigger the PopConfirm.
