Topic: Minifying mdb.pro.js
twentyfour pro asked 3 years ago
I have a little question about using and minifying mdb.pro.js: I have the latest big bundle version that was on sale lately.
My question is: in the folder js, so not src, is a file mdb.min.js. Where is the source of this file? When I try to use and minify mdb.pro.js, which is full of imports I don’t understand yet, it gives a minify error about imports.
So how can I add javascript code to the minified mdb.min.js file? I searched for a tutorial but didn’t find any.
thanks all, stay safe,
Michael

Hi. What would you like to add to mdb.min.js? Because changing anything there may cause breakage. The easiest solution for me would be to simply import mdb.pro.js instead of mdb.min.js. Or using separate js file. But I'm not fully aware of your use case.

I just wanted to create one big minimised js-file. But hearing you talk about breaking stuff, I will use a separate js-file. Thanks for this info!
