Compiling MDB 8.1 generates many deprecation warnings (this was also happening when compiling MDB 7.2) for example:

Sass @import rules are deprecated and will be removed in Dart Sass 3.0.0.
Global built-in functions are deprecated and will be removed in Dart Sass 3.0.0. Use color.mix instead.
red() is deprecated. Suggestion: color.channel($color, "red", $space: rgb)
...

The compilation is done by Dart Sass 1.8.2, which is the latest SASS release. Is this going to be fixed in the future version of MDB? Otherwise this might be breaking.
