Topic: Loading management is not toggle manually
Expected behavior can toggle loading (show / hide toggle)
Actual behavior it create another instance

The Toggle method had a misleading name. It does not turn on/off loading.
To remove loading you need to dispose of it and remove its elements. To add it again you have to create a new instance
