Hi, In the modal window, in the DIV from "hidden" to "show" the inputs are rendered like this. What could be the problem? Or is it another bug?

If input was hidden, you need to update its width. Here is the instruction from our documentation https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/forms/input-fields/#section-update.
