Topic: form-helper elements don't follow parent form-outline margins
iamjonmiller pro asked 3 years ago
I noticed that when I added form-helper
elements to form-outline
inputs that everything would get crowded together regardless of the mb-4
padding that I typically apply to such elements. Despite being inside the form-outline
element as demonstrated in the documentation, the form-helper
will overflow into the margin.

The form-text
will suit your needs, as it behaves like a normal block/inline level element, which means the form-outline
will respectively add it's height when calculating margins. https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/forms/input-fields/#section-text
