Topic: Footer issues with List format and also text padding

Expected behavior

  1. Alignment of lists colums to be evenly spaced
  2. text should have equal padding.

Actual behavior

  1. either: list has 3 columns but has formatting of 4 so is off centre when enclosed in

    section class="d-flex justify-content-center align-items-center">

it narrows the list but still keeps formatting for 4 columns.

  1. changing padding values seems to not change the padding appearance.
