It's a great component, beautifully designed, but we're getting a LOT of support tickets for our site as users are confused by the UI and think our site is broken.

When they go in to change the year they select the year they want and then click OK, but the year is not saved. As it stands now you have to reselect the month (that you don't want to change) and reselect the day (which you also don't want to change) and THEN click OK. Users should be able to just change the year and save it.
