Topic: cannot access pro snippets despite pro account

Hi there,

I recently purchased The Pro Essential package and it works fine so far.Since a couple of days I'm not able to see the "Pro"- snippets (e.g. for datatables). Instead, I'm offered to purchase a Pro account which I already have.In addition, on Sunday I was not able to log in - being sure I used the correct credentials.I tried different PC's, different browser, cleared cache etc.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Does the issue still persist? We had problems with our internal infrastructure recently that have been fixed now. Please let me know.
