Topic: can not able use pro lab, snippts

I am pro user of mdb5 version, my order id is #125465. But can not access lab and snippts.
i am logined with logbok@gmail.com. but when i go on snippets page it shows login page with forbidden error.
when i try to login then then is shows gateway timeout or make sure all fields fill error.
i wanna use pro snippets please help me i spent 500 euro but i can not get good experience prom mdb
