Sorry, I don't find such a folder, neither on git hub. I guess it should be included with my Advanced-Exclusive-Bundle-4.0.0. Isn't it? Thanks

In zip, you should have another zip MDB5-STANDARD-UI-KIT-Pro-Advanced-4.0.0.zip. check in this zip
