I expect the time picker to work just like the date picker but apparently that's not the case. This becomes a little bit confusing when there are defaultValue and value properties for MDBDatepicker, while there is only a defaultValue property for MDBTimepicker which acts like value property on MDBDatepicker. We should either have one or both of the properties for both components.

Another problem with time picker is that the disabled property does not disable the input field while the same property works correctly on date picker.
