hello how to disable the closing of the sidenav on click on the body? , I am using MDB5 react, I need the menu to be always open. I copy and paste the example code, but a backdrop is always created and the sidenav closes when clicking elsewhere

Check an API Tab in Sidenav documentation (https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/b5/react/navigation/sidenav/). You have to use constant prop along with backdrop={false} and isOpen properties as well :)
