Topic: Date-Picker - Month and Year Selection
I am at work and cannot try this out right now but am curious the example Date Picker does not let me click the Month and Year above the calendar to open or view a selection area for year and month. I know I have seen this on a React Picker set that included a date picker that looks very similar to yours. I also looked at the API and didn't see any options (from what I could tell) to enable choosing a year and/or month. All I seem to be able to do is click left or right to move one-by-one before or after the month and year displayed. How flexible and how much can I customize with your Date Picker?

Material-UI Pickers is an NPM package and this is where I saw this look/style of date picker before. Is your date picker as feature-full and tweakable as the one in this NPM package? Is there any reason why I would not be able to use the date picker from this NPM package with MDBoostrap for React? Thanks. https://www.npmjs.com/package/material-ui-pickers

You can mix whatever you want, these are just puzzles which you can use to build great things :)
Our mdbreact datePicker is based on material pickers and provides the functionality to select the year from the list. Our documentation, unfortunately, stands on jquery (because it's the main product), so we can not fully expose some react components. But we are working on that problem, and soon we will rebuild the views.
