Topic: reset password - no email, how to recover my account ?
Hi, I lost my password (I've been forced to create a new account with my other email to contact you...) and tried to use the reset link form your website, got the message 'Password reset email has been sent...', but never received the email (spam box checked, tried several times since yesterday). Please help me to recover my access. Thanks.
