Topic: Pro features unavailable, support email not responded to, I am not getting premium support

Expected behavior I signed up nearly a week ago and I can't access any pro features of the website. Premium support. Responses to inquiries

Actual behavior Every "requires pro" feature is unavailable to me. I am not receiving support. My emails go unanswered.
