Topic: Do I need mdb free footer component if I have pro?
I have MDB Pro, and plan on using MDB Pro Components like the Footers, Carousel, Forms, MSC, Pagination, NavBars, DropDowns, Cards, Buttons, Animation, etc. If I'm only using Pro components of these version is it safe then to comment out the free version under the mdb-free.scss? I'm looking to gut out code I'm not using during the Gulp development phase.

Hi,
We do not recommend commenting out all of the free components inside the mdb-free.scss file as this file is then imported inside mdb-pro.scss and some of the component styles are only extended with pro styles. If you would like to comment out some components anyway you would still have to check if your desired pro component works properly without the free styles.
