Expected behavior

I would expect that the header would adjust to be the size of the tallest entry in the header but it seems you can only control the header by specifying the height in pixels. In addition, the input search bars are then directly below the text so they are not aligned but I would expect they would all be aligned at the bottom of the header.

Actual behavior

All the search bars in the header are out of line and the header is only controlled by the number of pixels.
