Topic: Using MDB: What should the file structure look like?
maryw free asked 5 years ago
I'm trying to create an editable table on my website using MDB, however, I'm having difficulty merging the file structure of my project with the file structure of MDB 4.8.5.
I am using Flask for Python so the file structure is sensitive.
The file structure for my project is currently:
- -Website
- -pycache
- ---
- -several python files
- -static
- -css
- -templates
- -html files This is where I put the html file that has the editable table
- -pycache
How do I merge the MDB 4.8.5 files given with what I currently have set up so that all the functionality works? And once I do so, which files given in MDB 4.8.5 will I have to edit file paths for in the code?
Thank you!

Currently, we don't support Flask

Is this specific to MDB? Because I know you can use Flask with Bootstrap.

We never used Flask with MDB. Honestly, we've never tried Flask at all

Any update to using Flask?
Marcin Luczak staff commented 3 years ago
Hi @mendyk, we do not have any Flask integration tutorials, nor do we provide support for this technology. You can however check this support question https://mdbootstrap.com/support/jquery/editable-table-e7624/ where a user is providing a chunk of his code with MDB imports that works.
