Topic: Table Editor does not save
I bought the Plugin Table Editor, but I don't see any sense in it, because online changed data is not preserved. When updating the browser, all entries have disappeared. So why do I need it? My version is 4.8.1.

Because this is not saving data, you have to for your own with the same databases or ajax.

Can you tell me why you need the plugin at all? I don't get that, but there are options to add, edit and delete.

I don't understand your question. We need to edit the DataTable. Without that plugin ( or similar ), you can't do that. It's front-end plugin if you would like store same data you have to hook some backend ( node.js, PHP, Python etc ) and databases ( MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc. )
