Hi, you can do it in these two files: _variables-pro.scss and _skins.scss. Inside the _variables-pro.scss file you'll find an object named $skins and just like settings in the object, create a new skin, it means to give a name one and add one at the bottom of the $skins object. Then you need to recompile your sass files and after that, you can add your new skin to your HTML code. You can also see which components are changing because of skin in the _skins.scss file.
