I'm trying to use SideNav component in basic example from https://mdbootstrap.com/javascript/sidenav/. But I got two troubles:

1. The page looks different than in the example. I've check mdb.css and can't find .side-nav
2. I see message at console: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).sideNav is not a function

When I replace mdb.min.css and mdb.min.js files for this ones from https://mdbootstrap.com/javascript/sidenav/ all work correct. I tried to use mdb 4.5.1 and got these troubles too.
