Hi,
Because you are using version 4.7.3. The main reason why is not working is a fact that Chrome version 73 has a bug with regression what can you read here: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=941910 . We have a workaround for that for 4.7.5 version but It will be fully fixed in 4.7.7 version.
