Expected behavior
Keep receiving support for a product I bought in July 13.
Actual behavior
Since you launched MDB 5, there not longer updates on MDB4. If you check the ChangeLog there were updates every 15 to 25 days. Since I bought it there were no updates, we are now in almost 5 months without any fix, and there are things that need to be fixed.
When I bought the license I expected a serious behaviour from a serious company, but that is not what MDB4 jquery users are receiving.
A 50% discount code to buy the new version (and pay again), perhaps, is ok for a person who bought the license in january, or last year, but not for people who bought the license and feels like the proyect is not longer fixed (again you can check no new releases in almost 5 months, when before you could see changes every 20 days).
I hope this can be useful for you to see how bad you are dealing with your new costumers, and perhaps, rethink it.

Hello,
Our updates were indeed slowed down recently, mostly due to the pandemic - we moved the whole organization to remote work, went back and then went remote again.
We lost many resources and unfortunately some employees during this period. Since Angular and v.5 updates were the most major ones we decided to dedicate all resources to them first - after that Boostrap announced a new major update for v4 so we're currently waiting fot this release.
We've been collecting all reports and feature requests, and jQuery, React and Vue version updates will resume in the near future.
Was there anything in particular that stopped working or slowed down your project?
