Expected behavior
WYSIWYG Editor Appears
Actual behavior
I just see a regular textarea box. Error in safari is "$("#welcome_message").mdbWYSIWYG is not a function. (In '$("#welcome_message").mdbWYSIWYG()', '$("#welcome_message").mdbWYSIWYG' is undefined)"

The Javascript and CSS parts of my post have been removed.
For CSS I have links to boostrap.min.css & mdb.min.css (both mdbpro versions)
For Javascript I have jquery.min.js, popper.min.js, bootstrap.min.js, mdb.min.js
