Topic: MDBRange is not a function
leslieonline free asked 4 years ago
Expected behavior Multi-range slider appears on the page
Actual behavior Followed the instructions for a basic example here: https://mdbootstrap.com/plugins/jquery/multi-range/. My slider does not work and I get an error from browser Developer Tools saying mdbRange is not a function. Cannot find this function in any of the js within the free download package

Hi,
This is because the Multi-range slider is a Pro Plugin that works inside our Pro package, thus you are unable to reach
mdbRange
from the Free package. Downloading your Pro package and using your code inside it should allow you to use the slider.Regards, Marcin

Hi Marcin - thanks yes I figured that out eventually when I searched through some other support requests here. I've now implemented the multi-range slider in my page but am noticing that it doesn't work properly in Firefox (Chrome appears to be fine). In Firefox it looks like there is an underlying element which cannot be manipulated, also the value animation does not appear - is this a known issue?

Hi,
This is a known issue that should be fixed with yesterday's jQuery package update. Please feel free to check it, and let us know if something is wrong.
