I was able to download and unzip the file this time.  The zipped size is 16MB, and the unzipped size of the folder is 46MB.  Thanks for your assistance in getting this resolved. Regards, Renee Geffre

I download the zip file from my account page using chrome on my Mac which is running OSX Sierra with all the latest patches. I unzip the file and instead of the folder and files I expect to see it creates an MDB-Big-Bundle.zip.cpgz file.  If I unzip that it creates another zip file. When I open that file with any of my archive utilities like izip or Archiver, I get an error message: "An error occurred while trying to load or extract a file." If I try to unzip it in a terminal session I get an error message that the zip file is empty. I do not have these issues with the free MDBootstrap zip file or any other zipped file, only with the one I paid over $300.00 for. I have seen other messages on your support board from other users having a similar issue. I am working on a project I needed this for, which has a deadline, so I either need the software or a refund by close of business today. Regards, Renee Geffre
