I bought pro package yesterday, already started to regret. 1. I don't understand why you made height of input and select different (I fixed it using custom css) 2. There should be an option to add placeholder to select elements. Here is how bootstrap-select provides it: Mustard Ketchup

All select options, methods and props are included in our documentation (https://mdbootstrap.com/javascript/material-select/), so I am surprised that You started to regret. Our mdb-select is a new component, made from basics. That's why there are some differences between it and other bootstrap standard components.
