Topic: MDB form-control overides Bootstrap form-control-sm CSS

Kneidels pro asked 7 years ago

hi there I have a simple field:
<input class="form-control form-control-sm" type="text" placeholder=".form-control-sm">
i have found that the MDB css overrides the Bootstrap CSS (which makes sense), but when there is a form-control-sm - the "-sm" styles should still take effect, and they are being overridden pls see image attached - you will see what i mean. https://ibb.co/b0aFOG Using 4.4.1

Hi, look at here: https://mdbootstrap.com/components/inputs/ on the "small input" section. Best, Marta

Hi, this is because we have our own class for smaller input - .form-sm and we don't use Bootstrap one. Best, Marta
