Topic: mdb.css versions in templates pack

Hello,Our website has a blog area, portfolio area, landing page area, admin area. I noticed that mdb.css is different between your templates. Does this mean I have to use 4 different mdb.css in different areas of our website? Is there one mdb.css that would work for all areas?Thanks!

Hi, we don't have a good solution for creating one CSS from a few other CSS files. If you would use SCSS files, you could import other styles in mdb.scss file. Now, the only solution I see is:
  1. Go to each template pack you have and within mdb.css file find a code for styles for each template.
  2. Copy that code and paste it to mdb.css file in your MDB Pro package and safe.

Hi, we don't have a documentation for this because we don't combine into one file different templates packs. Do you use SCSS files? Best, Marta

Hello, No. I have not created nor used SCSS. Would this create 1 huge CSS file and slow down the website?

Hi, the mdb.css file is different in each template pack because each of them contains different custom styles. There is no one mdb.css file works for all of them. If you use sass files, you can import styles from each template in mdb.scss file, it means you choose one template, eg. admin template pack and in mdb.scss file import styles from blog, portfolio, and admin. But remember, template packs don't contain all the components like MDB Pro Package. Best, Marta

Hello, I am using mdb.css from the MDB pro folder for the entire website. What exactly do I need to do to use the blog, portfolio and admin templates in the same website? Please outline the steps. I cannot find any documentation on this. Thanks.
