Topic: Material Select inside a model - hidden by footer
When I have a Material Select inside a modal, I'm getting the select part hidden by the footer and the user has to scroll even though there's plenty of space on the screen to contain the modal.
Should it not behave more like the datepicker in a modal? The datepicker sits above the modal and therefore isn't hidden by anything.
There must be something misconfigured, but I can't tell what it is. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Solved - I had a custom css entry for modal-content and model-body specifying height and overflow. That was to try to eliminate the datepicker issue, but with an update to mdb, that issue was resolved. removing the custom css returns the material select to normal function.
