Topic: Light skin sidenav dropdown alignment issue
rustyweb free asked 4 years ago
Expected behavior In the sample and examples the light skin looks great, the sidenav dropdowns work and are lined up where the down arrow is to the right of the full div and spaced apart from the top menu item.
Actual behavior In the template and in use, the dropdown is beside the menu item and slightly below. I used the dashboard-sales example in the Admin templates, and created a dropdown menu in the side nav. Changing the skin to anything else (in the body tag) allows it to display properly, it is just the light skin that doesn't line it up properly.

Hi!
Could you make a snippet with your code using our online editor https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/? I can't map the problem :/
Best regards

I'm sorry, when I create the snippet it seems to work, so there must be an issue in the version of the CSS files that came with the samples.
I was using the MDB-Admin_1.1.0 dashboard-sales.html file and then just added in a dropdown on the sidenav from examples elsewhere. It would work for me if I change the skin to anything other than Light Skin.
I'll try to figure out what is wrong or which CSS file that I need to update (although I am just using the ones in the examples).
Thank you. Using the snippets and then just pasting in the HTML it looked correct, so I know to blame something with the CSS files that I have locally.

You're welcome. If it turns out that it is something on our side and you are able to send a snippet on which we will be able to reproduce this problem, let me know.
