Hello. I have recently purchased MDB Pro. I can't make it work with jQuery Validate. It seems that valid() or validate() method is not triggering, as something is ovveriding it. Can you advise please?

Hi there, When I added the following code at the bottom of page everything work correctly in Your project:

$("#new").validate();

You can integrate jQuery Validate with our MDB, but remember to import scripts just below our MDB scripts. Then jQuery Validate will overwrite our validation. https://jqueryvalidation.org/documentation/ Best Regards

Tried that, didnt work.... It triggered only browser's html validation and after adding novalidate, it did nothing.

https://tinyurl.com/ybpyvvwg Very plain form (sorry for Greek), with only required tag and novalidate. I have used jquery validate for more than 100+ projects, so im very familiar to the way it acts.

Did You try Your scripts with default Bootstrap Inputs?

No, but why normal form elements should work and not material ones?

Yes, I have seen it but i have to put every detail in HTML. jQuery Validate is very famous and does it by its own, withouht having to worry about messages, translations etc. There is no way of skipping bootstrap with gulp ?
