Topic: Issues in upgrading to 4.4.1

Hi All
I have been using 4.3.2 for a while, and things have been OK. I just had a need to use the order-x
class for columns, which was introduced in the beta version of bootstrap 4 (was not in the alpha).
As a result, i changed to the v4 beta (css and js), and at the same time decided to check MDB for an upgrade - which indeed was available.
But so many things broke in the process , such as:
- error: TypeError: jQuery.easing is undefined
- another error: TypeError: $(...).material_select is not a function
- nav bar has changed - logo moved to the right instead of left, menu became a hamburger menu even in desktop mode
- some strange issues like a bootstrap modal not opening now etc...
I made sure to use the same Jquery as you (3.1.1) and install the latest version of jquery ui.
I also tried moving the JS files to the bottom, but that did not work either.
in the end, i downgraded back to 4.3.2, but am still having issues: dropdown menus in the navigation not working, etc, modals no opening still etc.
i'd really like some input from you guys. I have found this library very tricky to work with, hoping it will get easier over time ;)

Thanks!
