Topic: IE11 BIG PROBLEM
Yes, we all know IE11 has tons of problems but we still need solutions.
As of right now, toastr won't work properly on ie11
you could see for yourself:

Generally, IE11 throws an error "Syntax error" in the mdb.js line:
;($=>{const SCROLLING_NAVBAR_OFFSET_TOP=50;
(line 809 as of right now)
Please get this fixed and patched ASAP
