Topic: Fixed header with scrolling table

I'd like to setup a table with sortable columns and scrollable data rows (you have examples of both), but keeping the header fixed (visible). How can I do that? Thanks.

Victor - You'll have to ask MDB directly. I don't use Angular.

Marta - Go to this page: https://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/demos/jqxgrid/index.htm Then scroll down until you see the 'Sorting' dropdown on the left. Click 'Sorting', then click 'Sorting' again in the sub-menu. Scroll back up again to see the grid/table. Notice the embedded scrollbar to scroll the rows without moving the table header row. The mousewheel also works to scroll the rows. This is the type of thing I'd like to do with your tables and/or datatables. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

I'm not sure what exactly is your idea, as you probably know we have a table with sorting columns https://mdbootstrap.com/content/bootstrap-table-sort/ and also the scrolling one https://mdbootstrap.com/content/bootstrap-table-scroll/ and each of them is also horizontally scrollable of smaller devices because these tables are responsive. Could you explain how you want to combine these tables? Please, provide an example from another place or any demo. I'll try to help you.
