I checked this and it appears that when you use Mozilla firefox in some weird case the window scrollbar disappears. Without your code, I can not test it any further, but I can assume that there is a bug in firefox scroll initiation. Sometimes setting focus on the body on page load fix such issues but this is specifically browser oriented and not a bug in our component. My advice is to change the focused element on the page load to generate default window scrollbar on clicking the refresh button.
