Can anyone help me with create an new skin for MDB Free? https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/jquery/css/skins/ There is info but there must i pay for an plugin. And i dont want that :)

Skins are available only with MDB Pro. The only way to use them is purchasing MDB Pro

You can't. Unless you have an illegal copy of MDB
