Topic: Can I use plugins with "Advanced Exclusive" program?

soiware priority asked 4 years ago

I've just subscribed a "Advanced Exclusive - 1 user, Annual" subscription. Now I'm trying to run a "fullcalendar" plug-in "hello word" page, in an MDB-PRO 4.19.2 jQuery project. But I cannot find instruction about how to install the "advanced-exclusive-bundle.zip", how to use it in order to enable the fullcalendar plug-in and to have a simple "hello word" demo running on my PC. Many thanks

Hi!

MDB UI Kit Pro 3.0.0 is our latest MDB5 package, so you can't run it in the jQuery package. You have to operate on the MDB-Bundle_4.19.2.zip file, where the jQuery package is.

For jQuery calendar (https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/b4/jquery/plugins/full-calendar/): You can hit the "Getting started" tab to check how to use it. If you want to use this plugin in the existing project or package - just copy plugin js and css files, then attach them to the HTML. If not - I think this tutorial should be helpful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ky9O0XUjYbw&ab_channel=MDB-justcodeit

For MDB5 Advanced calendar (https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/plugins/calendar/): Everything should be already attached. You can check if you have plugins/js/all.min.js file in your HTML :)

Best regards

Yet I got the plugin working, thanks!Summary for people with my similar issue:In MDB-Bundle_4.19.2.zip/ MDB-Plugins_4.8.13.zip/ MDB-Full-Calendar_4.8.12I can find the the html folder containing the "hello word" examples.Looking at the examples, then I copied the addons\js\fullcalendar.min.js and addons\js\moment.min.js in my existing MDB4 library project folder. Similar for css\addons\fullcalendar.min.css. And linked it to my html page. And now I can run the JS script in order to activate FullCalendar plugin.

It is not trivial understand what the .zip files are: may be useful a mini-guide-index. Best ragards!
