Sticky-top navbar IE not sticky

As I can see, you used the .sticky-top class which is changing the value of the property position to sticky. The problem is that IE doesn't have support for the position: sticky. Instead of .sticky-top, you can use .fixed-top for your navbar - the result would be similar to the sticky-solution
