Did you try this? https://mdbootstrap.com/support/other/freshly-installed-mdb-pro-black-screen/

Hi Michal, today after purchasing I downloaded MDB pro 4.7.0. and unzipped it a) on webserver (Plesk) b) and local (unzip to c:/temp/MDB-pro_4.7.0). After opening from web [http://mydomain.de/index.html] and also from local [c:/temp/MDB-pro_4.7.0/index.html] the preloader (black screen with grey turning circle) will not disappear ...

Do you get any logs in the console? What's your browser?

I am using actual Windows Browser IE and Chrome. Here you can see result: http://demo.fixfox.me/MDB/ from unzipped Folder /MDB-pro_4.7.0 (here /MDB).

I think the include causes the error? Integrating code from /mdb-addons/preloader.html directly into index.html instead of calling via #preloader-markup function in mdb.js (line 15712) is working... But if any include causes these problems what will be the solution?

I kept on going with this and now figured out that this is the same solution for lightbox addon in MDB pro ... Yesterday I rad here in forum that others had the same problem with copying code for lightbox snippet. If I copy /mdb-addons/mdb-lightbox-ui.html directly into index.html instead of container "" from your snippet then it works perfecty on webserver as well as local.

As I can see, everything is working well. Was this fixed already?

I do combine it with other custom JS file I use require.js. But, I have been monitoring the order of loading and it goes in this order mdb.min-js -> (couple of other JS) -> require.js -> get preloader and this does not change when the bug occurs.

Do you use only MDB files or you combine it with others files/plugins/code? The script seems to work fine and I have to identify a reason why it doesn't for you.

Version : MDB 4.0.1 Pro It happens sometimes. Experienced it only on desktop. I had a issue with preloaded js files on mobile. After resolving this, haven't experienced this bug on mobile devices.
