Hello Team, We are writing this email requesting for support since we are unable to access the support page on your site. When using Parallax Video background element form your site, When we add a video to any project we have the top few layers pixels are getting cropped and plays only 70% of the intended views, we want the video to be displayed without getting cropped. We are unsure if we have missed out some element? Below you can find the link of the code that we have used, kindly note that after a site is hosted on AWS we have the video not only being cropped but also the video being blank.
