There's a Navbar that's sticky-top. When I open it and the navbar content is higher than the height of my display, I can't roll it down, just down to the bottom.

Thank you @Karman40. I can't reproduce this issue, but I think the problem might be with firefox browser and adblock. Please check link below ( there is a similar problem ) and let me know if helps.
